Terms of Use & License Agreement

These terms apply to the software plugins offered on starverb-audio.com, operated by Sir Emanuels ("we", "us"), contactable at starverbaudio.support@gmail.com. By downloading or using our plugins you agree to them.

Our plugins are currently distributed free of charge. Nothing is sold through this website, so there is no purchase, payment or refund to regulate here. If we start selling in the future, these terms will be updated with the corresponding sales conditions before any paid product is offered.

1. License

The plugin is licensed, not sold, and remains our property. We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on the computers you personally use, for both personal and commercial music production. No dongles, no activation servers.

Any audio you create with our plugins is 100% yours, royalty-free — you owe us nothing for the music you release.

2. Distribution by Gumroad

Downloads are delivered through Gumroad, Inc., which asks for your email address to send you the download link and handles the file hosting under its own Terms of Service. Please link people to this website or to the plugin's Gumroad page rather than re-uploading the installer elsewhere.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the plugin; decompile, reverse engineer or modify the software except where permitted by mandatory law; or use the plugin to build a competing product.

4. Updates

Updates are published on this website and through the same free download link. To let you know when one exists, the plugin checks this website for the latest version number at most once a day and shows a notice in its interface. No personal data is sent — see the Privacy Policy.

We are under no obligation to keep publishing updates, to keep the plugins available for download, or to support any particular DAW or operating system version.

5. Warranty and liability

The software is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the software, including lost work, damaged projects or audio equipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.

Please back up your projects and test the plugin before using it in critical work.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
